Okay. Call me old – or old-fashioned. But, when I’m buying a product or paying for a service I keep hoping that things will work – as advertised, as described. I pay with genuine money that I earned with a lot of sweat. When I decide spending is needed, it can be a genuinely tough moment. No, I don’t expect freebies. I don’t expect anything out of the ordinary. Yet people who are getting paid, mind you, act like they are being “put out” by having to answer a question or “do their job” Yeah – I do think this is not always the way it was or the way it should be – either now or in the future.
