Please, listen to the experts around you. They have spent many years building their expertise.

Mr. Trump, you’re about to assume the most important job in the entire world – at the single most complex point in history. We all want you to be successful, Mr. Trump. The alternative? Devastation for us all – and no reasoned person really wants that. So, the single message I want to convey to you is this: this matters. This really matters. Nothing you have ever done will come close to how much THIS matters. So, speak (and Tweet) less. Listen, learn, and ask more. To do so, surround yourself with self-less people. We’re starving for lack of idealism and principle. The self-less are especially well-equipped at swamp-draining and their authenticity, while novel, will help restore our national backbone. Respect others. Don’t just say it, as in, “No one respects (fill in the blank) more than me.” Mean it, as in, “Our constitution is for us ALL, and I, your president, will be truly humbled by my role in making certain we ALL exercise the rights and experience the benefits afforded by that constitution.” And finally, “smart” can be good – but wisdom is always better. And let us SEE you exercising genuine wisdom. Let us point to you with pride. We want to. We really do. But it’s up to you. Are you up for it?
