orangebitters My husband and I have put off drawing up our wills because we do not have a person we consider to be reliable and trustworthy to appoint as executor. We know it is foolish of us to delay this important step but are at a loss as to how to resolve this critical vacancy. We also have considered moving to another state in the next few years. We want everything liquidated and divided three ways. No complications. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
