I am proud to announce the release of my first published book, "Small Wonders." I am 51 years old, married to my husband of 27 years with 2 adult children and 7 1/2 grandchildren (4 of which are bonus grands).
Several years ago, while playing with one of my grand babies, I believe the Lord inspired me with this unusual story. After many sleepless nights, the story began to grow and take shape. It was sort of like when you get a song stuck in your head and it won’t go away. I wasn't sure what to do with it, when my husband, Mickey, suggested that I start writing the ideas down in a journal next to my bed, and I did. Before I knew it, I was writing my first novel.
I didn't know the first thing about writing a book, but I did it. It is such a feeling of accomplishment. Book two is already in the works. If you would like to read it, you can order a copy at www.susiebrown.net.
It is also available in e-book form.
