A SHARED STORY: DON'T BELIEVE IT?

STEVEN THORNE

A Shared Story: Don't Believe It?Another day at work, nothing unusual. Heading to welding shop to get a repair for garage I worked at. On way back heard something on radio about WTC. Wasn't paying much attention, then heard crash, airplane crash. Thought sick way to sell something, as an advertisement or something like that. After a few more times broadcasting about it, I was stunned, turned numb all over. Pulled over to side of road to try to comprehend what I heard. Thinking of my wife and son at this point, want to be with them. Got back to shop - tv was on people gathered around it. Couldn't believe my eyes. Mad as hell now, really mad.

I'm almost positive I had seen one of them a week before in Gorham, Maine. At a 7 11 store - had new owners and they were from Afghanistan or that area. Tried to be social but they always were defensive at anything anyone said. They all shaved their heads a week before 9/11 didn't know why. Asked them was told they were different people. Almost certain they had something to do with it. Too many coincidents. Don't really know. Their actions before that day still seem awful strange to me.
