emmacoker2010 I have neuropathy in my arms and legs, One thing I have found that helps is massaging them. My Doctor has me on neurotin and it has help too, of corse it has to build up in your system to work. I keep researching it and so far theres not much that I have found that isn't some sort of medical treatment, from what I understand an injury could cause neuropathy. I hope you find something that helps.

sewanhaka58 yes, I also have neuropathy....my lower legs and feet. I'm not sure why....don't have diabetes, etc. I am looking for an altrnative way to deal with this. I have great difficulty with being on my feet and they are always painful. I sure would welcome any suggestions or ideas. You are right, it certainly does alter your lifestyle. I hope you find a solution.
