Julie Foley, CIP is the founder and principal of The Consultant of Style, a professional image consulting firm. She is an expert in the field of personal image and style, working with both individuals and corporations across New England.
She is the author of the booklet series, What To Wear To Dress The Part.
In 2003 she received the designation of CIP, Certified Image Professional, for her education, experience and achievements in the field of image consulting. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Clothing and Textiles from Framingham State College.
Julie utilizes her 25 years of marketing, retail, decorating, and image development experience to help her clients with color and style analysis, wardrobe management, personal shopping and training needs.

I've started applying a name-brand cream foundation that I purchased at a department store cosmetic counter. I usually apply it around 6:30 in the morning. However it starts to dry out and flake on my face by the time lunchtime rolls around. Does foundation only last for a little while - or am I applying it wrong? more
