I just had a total hysterectomy and I wanted to know if there is a diet to help me lose weight with this particular situation?

If the operation you had was a hysterectomy and did not also include an oophorectomy (removal of one or both ovaries), then any weight you are gaining is unlikely due to the hysterectomy alone. Without more information, my best advice is that you should ask your doctor for the name of a registered, professional dietician with whom you should consult.
